Join us for a special lecture highlighting “Woven Together,” the official Welcome to the World Cup poster for Kansas City, created by local artist Jadie Arnett. Her design was selected from over 100 entries in a citywide contest held last year.
Learn about the inspiration and story behind the poster and how it represents the spirit of the city and the global event.
About the Artist:
Jadie Arnett is a graphic designer and illustrator originally from Columbia, Missouri. After earning her bachelor’s degree in graphic design and illustration, she moved to Kansas City, where she has worked as a designer at a local brewery for the past three years.
