Guest will enjoy hearing about the Indian traditions of cooking and tasting Chicken Tikka Masala – marinated chicken cooked in spiced creamy tomato sauce, Rice Pulao – flavored with spices, green peas and cumin, and Eggplant fritters- sliced eggplant dipped in gram flour batter and deep fried.
